Tour de France is about to finish, so it’s high time to prepare for the biggest and most prestigious cycle race in Poland! The 74th edition of Tour de Pologne starts on the 29th July and finishes on the 4th August.
Two of our journalists – Michał Kapusta and Marek Bala – will be travelling all around Poland to observe the riders as they compete. Daily accounts of particular race stages will be available on our website in two languages – Polish and English. We will relate every significant detail of the race starting from kilometre zero to the very finish line. Be prepared for exclusive information which you will not find anywhere else! Additionally, we will do our best to create photo galleries featuring unforgettable shots!
The 74th edition of the Tour de Pologne is a seven-day race:
29th July – stage 1 – Kraków-Kraków (137km)
30th July– stage 2 – Tarnowskie Góry-Katowice (142km)
31st July – stage 3 – Jaworzno-Szczyrk (161km)
1st August – stage 4 – Zawiercie-Zabrze (238km)
2nd August – stage 5 – Olimp Nagawczyna-Rzeszów (130km)
3rd August – stage 6 – Wieliczka-Zakopane (199km)
4th August – stage 7 – Bukowina Tatrzańska-Bukowina Tatrzańska (132km)
The official start list will be revealed on the 28th July, but the biggest stars of Polish and world cycling have already hinted that they will participate in the race – Vincenzo Nibali (Bahrain-Merida), Peter Sagan (BORA-hansgrohe), Rui Costa (UAE Abu Dhabi), Simon Spilak, Ilnur Zakarin (Katusha-Alpecin) and Tomasz Marczyński (Lotto-Soudal).
