Najlepszą średnią, podczas mistrzostw Europy, wykręcił Rosjanin – Nikolay Cherkasov. Jego wynik to 48,65 km/h.
Aż cztery razy w pierwszej dziesiątce pojawił się mistrz świata juniorów w jeździe indywidualnej na czas – Igor Decraene. Warto zaznaczyć, że był to pierwszy rok w gronie juniorów młodego Belga.
Siódmy zawodnik mistrzostw Europy w jeździe na czas – Michał Paluta, to najszybszy polski junior w walce z czasem w roku 2013.
